Get more out of Gmail by using templates

Gmail is all about productivity. In this guide, we show you how to enable and use email templates in Gmail.

Tired of typing the same response or copy/pasting emails? Work just got a whole lot simpler (and more fun!). Gmail’s advanced “Templates” setting allows you to save frequently used responses and re-use them as templates.

You can store up to 50 templates at a time, so it’s easy to create different templates for different situations. Here is a quick video to demonstrate how easy it is:

If you're feeling adventurous, create filters (inbox rules) to automatically send a template as an email reply when a certain condition is met.
