7:33Is Gemini an extra cost?
No. Gemini is included in every Business plan, and Google withdrew the old Gemini add-ons in January 2025. Gemini Enterprise is a separate product for AI across all your systems, including Microsoft 365 and business apps. See Gemini Enterprise.
Why sign up with cozan instead of Google?

How does billing work?
You pay a fixed monthly rate in South African rand, on either plan. After sign-up you receive one invoice from Cozan Consulting CC, with no extra charges from Google and no hidden fees.
How secure is my data?
Your data stays yours. Google doesn't use it to sell ads or to train its AI models, and says so in its contract with you. Every plan includes two-step sign-in, spam and phishing filtering, and control over lost phones and laptops, and we set those up properly. See Workspace security.
Can you move my old email across?
Yes. Our certified team copies email straight from your old system or from Outlook backups, and moves calendars, contacts and files too. See how we migrate.
What's the difference between annual and flexible?
Both are billed monthly. The annual plan commits you for 12 months in return for a lower price. You can add users any time, and reduce your user count when the term renews. Flexible monthly costs more but has no commitment, so you can add or remove users whenever you like.
How do I cancel?
On flexible monthly, cancel any time with 30 days' notice. On an annual plan, the commitment runs to the end of your 12-month term. Tell us 30 days before renewal if you don't want to continue.
Is there an SLA?
Google guarantees 99.9% uptime for all core Workspace apps. You can check live status on the Google Workspace Status Dashboard.
How do I transfer my existing Workspace to cozan?
Ask your domain administrator to generate a transfer token in the Google Admin console using our public identifier C03perv36, then send the token to us. Or ask us and we'll walk them through it.
