Tired of typing the same response or copy/pasting emails? Work just got a whole lot simpler (and more fun!). Gmail’s advanced “Templates” setting allows you to save frequently used responses and reuse them as templates.
You can store up to 50 templates at a time, so it’s easy to create different templates for different situations. Here is a quick video to demonstrate how easy it is:
If you’re feeling adventurous, create filters (inbox rules) to automatically send a template as an email reply when a certain condition is met.
